SKIP E-news – Happy Easter!

It's been a busy start to 2012 – there's been lots happening and more than a few changes. As we head into Autumn, Whakatipu has been touring down South, SKIP MUM is taking a break, and we're taking a fresh look at all our SKIP resources.

SKIP resources – have your say

Over the past few months we've been reviewing all our SKIP resources to make sure they are meeting your needs and the needs of your communities. We are now seeking feedback on what resources you find most useful/effective.

We're inviting a range of community groups and organisations that regularly order our resources to complete an online survey. If you're keen to provide feedback, click on the survey link and complete the survey before 30 April 2012.

Results from the survey will help us to further develop and refine SKIP resources to meet the needs of your communities.

Farewell SKIP MUM – for now

Tess our SKIP MUM has done a great job building up our SKIP Mum Facebook page, which now has 400 subscribers.

Tess is taking a break to have her third baby from next month. One of our newest SKIP team members (and mother of two) Ali will be looking after SKIP Mum while we look at where to from here – watch this space!

What's new with Whakatipu

This month the Whakatipu team and Dunedin brainwave trainer Marcia Cassidy went on the road to support Southland communities in using the new Whakatipu resource.

Queenstown, Alexandra, Invercargill and Dunedin communities all had great things happening at a local level and were excited about how the Whakatipu booklets could support their work.
